If you can’t make it to our regular classes or prefer a one-on-one training experience, why not try a personal training session? Private training sessions can be held at our studio or in the comfort of your own house outside of timetable hours by our team of internationally certified, qualified instructors of their respective fields. We offer the Personal Training sessions for Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Boxing, Strength Training, Functional fitness workouts customized as per your requirement. Private training may be a great option for you to consider if you would like to focus on your Krav Maga techniques or if you are having trouble picking up certain areas of Krav Maga. It is also an excellent option if you are training towards a goal, if you want to have extra help with your fitness or if you just simply can’t attend our normal classes. On your first session, the instructor will sit down with you to understand what you would like to achieve in terms of Krav Maga techniques and fitness level, and they will build a tailored program to suit your needs. It’s also possible to bring your friends along to the session to share the training fees and make it a Semi Private Session.
