If you can’t make it to our regular classes or prefer a one-on-one training experience, why not trying a Krav Maga personal training session?
Private training sessions can be held at our studio or in the comfort of your own house outside of timetable hours.
Private training may be a great option for you to consider if you would like to focus on your Krav Maga techniques or if you are having trouble picking up certain areas of Krav Maga. It is also an excellent option if you are training towards a goal, if you want to have extra help with your fitness or if you just simply can’t attend our normal classes.
The private training sessions we offer at CCI are one-on-one only, with just you and one of our certified Krav Maga instructors. On your first session, the instructor will sit down with you to understand what you would like to achieve in terms of Krav Maga techniques and fitness level, and they will build a tailored program to suit your needs. Our instructors can cover anything from general fitness, combatives and sparring to specific Krav Maga techniques. It is completely up to you.
