The Warrior Fit Program at Contact Combat India is a non-contact program which acquires principles from :

It is a 90 minutes exclusive, all-around workout that includes striking on heavy bag and pad work combined with everything from kettle bells to medicine balls to dumbbells to weight plates to hammers & tyre, plyometrics to wind sprints. The class combines the latest sports conditioning techniques, cardio, fitness drills, jump ropes, and boxing drills to improve overall stamina and provide slimming and toning results.

What is the difference between Krav Maga and Warrior Fit ? +
Our Krav Maga classes are combat based for people looking to learn how to fight, how to defend themselves on the street as well as to get fit. On the other hand, our Warrior Fit classes are CrossFit inspired, using a variety of weighted and bodyweight exercises to increase your strength, stamina and agility along with striking on bags and doing martial arts based fitness routines.
Can I do it ?+
Absolutely! All classes are suitable for everyone. The class is divided according to levels so that you get a good workout according to your fitness level.
I have an injury/health problem. Can I do it? +
You can discuss about your condition with the instructor. He/She will help you work around your problem and give you tips to heal it as well.
Can I do Krav Maga and Warrior Fit ?+
Yes you can! We would actually suggest you to attend all the classes as one teaches you how to defend yourself, the other makes you stronger, faster and fitter which in turn will help you effectively perform the defense techniques.
What should I wear ?+
A Tshirt would be provided at the time of registration that has to be compulsorily worn in each class. You can wear anything on the lower body that you feel comfortable in to train like shorts, tracks etc.
